Talavera construction is a scam, you contract him, he goes to your house, takes your money and vanish, you lose all your money, and he will rent a beautiful house on the water in Brick or Toms River.
This man was charged and convicted for “thief by deception” by The Superior Court of Mew jersey, Berger County on 11/18/22. You can see the evidences with photos on the app YELP, at the review section. This man takes your money in a construction contract and disappear, moving from town to town, hiding from people he deceived.
Be aware of fraud, not even this address exists. Do your research before or you will ended it up without money and a huge headache.
My wife & I have been debating for some time now on remodeling our home. We would like To reply to Michelle , To whom it may concern, We have tried to work with a Miller Home in Toms River to finish the job of remodeling their first floor kitchen area. The job has gone over budget with Talavera spending over $6000 out of pocket. so instead of walking away from the job Talavera suggested that the Miller home go ahead and buy the rest of the kitchen that Talavera has put a deposit of $5250 on. Jorge Talavera IS a SCAM ARTIST. If you proceed to use him as your contractor it is not a matter of if he will screw you, it’s a matter of WHEN. HE LIES SO MUCH he can’t keep his lies straight. He is a great bs’er and a great talker so it is easy to get pulled in. He will breach a contract with no care in the world, once he has the majority of your money he is out!
