0/10 experience. We have had a cockroach problem for 2 months now, and have requested pest control to come spray our apartment 3 times now. All 3 times they said they would come spray, and all 3 times they never did. When we brought this to their attention the manager said “I’m sorry you feel we dropped the ball”… ummm we don’t FEEL you dropped the ball. You DID. 3 times we have had roaches everywhere in our apartment and it’s been miserable living here

Love the Community! I love this community. It has a great location right next to the 60. Every home has a garage. I personally lived in the townhome split floorplan. Overall great community would recommend.

Love living here Me and my husband have lived here for three years and it has been nothing but a great experience! We have never had any pest control issues or issues with the staff. Ciandra the manager has always been nice, considerate and friendly.

Amazing staff great place to live The staff at Talavera is amazing. Ciandra and Courtney are always very friendly polite and so helpful. I have lived here for a year and I’m excited to sign my renewal for another year! They take the time to listen and address any concerns or needs I may have. If you are looking for a new home I highly recommend Talavera for your next home.

Talavera is my new home and, boy, do I feel lucky! My husband and I recently moved into a two bedroom light filled, spacious apartment that has two full sized bathrooms. The living room is big enough that we screened off a corner to provide a small office for me. But most of what I’m grateful for is how well the grounds and pools are kept. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. This whole complex has ROACHES everywhere. From babies to huge sewer to flying... yes flying ROACHES. I've been here over a year, and got alot of resistance from the office staff as well as the property management. I even went as far as demanding a new unit cuz the one I was in at first was infested with them. They finally moved me after over charging me for the relocation only to find the new unit was infested too. They are everywhere even the parking lot. That is the major problem in this community. Among others, maintenance is lazy, ride around all day past trash a debris in the lot and don't pick up. Don't bother calling cuz they just bandaid the problem. And the front office.... Ciandra is pitiful, no words cuz I have nothing at all nice to say about her. After all this I complained about and reported to the city about. They sent me a letter saying I must move out upon my 12th month and will not be giving me the option to renew. THANK YOU SO MUCH. But the problem with that, I have 3 children in the schools in the area and they didn't even give me a 90 day or a 60 day notice all because I reported them on not doing their jobs. I advise anyone who is considering living here especially with kids. Please don't. This place is disgusting and the attitudes are equally disgusting

Roaches and broken things that never get fixed Roach infestation. All I will say!! They do nothing about it. They simply do not care. Broken main stairs. Tell office, 1 week no resolve. Maintenance is awful. Please do not get entangled with this place. You will regret it everyday you live here. Manager is rude and condescending. She would rather argue then help.
