Talastar, Inc. has done a couple of exterior jobs for us and has always been professional and reliable. They talked us through the process and even met the insurance team out here to make sure they walked through everything we needed documented and fixed. They took their time to ensure repairs were made in a timely manner with no additional issues. We highly recommend!
My builder built our home in 2020 and Talastar did the roof. Starting at 3 years in random shingles blow off during higher winds, the first time they said they did us a favor b/c they only warranty 1 year. They gave us half off the repair. Not a very good way to start off. Several months later more shingles came off, called out another contractor and they verified the shingles were nailed wrong. Called Talastar back and they said I was wrong and to contact shingles manufacturer to see if they are defective. Absolute horroble... read more
