We had to miss the appointment after arriving at the office because of an issue with a bill from 2019 that we were unaware off. They were useless at trying to resolve the issue. Did not have the courtesy of making a phone call to inform us before we arrived at the office or we would have resolved it before hand.
Dr. Talamayan and his staff are wonderful people who are always willing to fight the Insurance Company in order to get proper authorizations for treatment. I give my highest recommendation to ANYONE seeking a superior medical doctor who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and very affable. I am almost 50 years old and I feel fortunate to have finally found that one doctor who will guide my wellness.
My husband and I needed a new PCP because our former doctor retired. We were referred to Dr Talamayan and were given an appointment without a long wait. The reception staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. Talamayan took time to get to know us and our concerns. He was patient and thorough with the exam. I feel confident that we will continue to see him for our medical needs for a long time to come.
I’ve been going to Dr Talamayan for about 5 years now. He is a very good doctor and very thorough. Takes his time snd I have never felt rushed. His nurses and staff are very nice as well. He also takes care of my mom who is 92.
Staff is horrible! They do not verify insurance properly. Lazy and harsh to the patients. The Dr is ok, but obviously he is not listening to his patients in reference to the staff. I would never go back.
I absolutely love Dr. Talamayan and his other MDs. His office staff is absolutely horrible. They act with no compassion nor feeling in phone or in personal conversations. The front desk staff acts like faxing a script is bothering them. As much as I love the dr's and nurses there - the staff there makes you hate dealing with them. I would hesitate going to them for this reason.
