I second Ron Waldrop's comments. The original Fanning was great, but was bought in 2019 and with that sale went anything positive. I also had an extended warranty purchased from Fanning years back and when, during a routine maintenance check, they found a leaking evaporator coil I was told the cost was $2000 and I couldn't use the warranty. Fanning Services was a very good company at one time but apparently has been sold with the new owners maintaining its phone number and website. The new ownership refuses to honor a valid extended warrany on a system purchased from Fanning Services and warranty plan sold by them. It took several emails and phone calls to even talk to a switchboard operator who did not call back as promised. When I finally did manage a contact I was told that I was out of their service area. Len and Mike showed up in 40 minutes. 40 minutes from my initial call until they rang the doorbell. You can't get a pizza delivered in 40 minutes. Getting A/C service in Dallas in August in 40 minutes is amazing. I have twin 3 week old boys at home. Getting our A/C working quickly is a big deal. The service was thorough, fairly priced, friendly, and effective. Fanning is my family's go to, every time!

Just had Mike from Fanning come to my house and fix my AC unit. He was courteous, respect, and HONEST. I really appreciate the fantastic hospitality and COLD air again! Thank you!
