Elena was incredibly kind, very friendly and warm from the moment I walked in. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She patiently helped me choose as many dresses as I wanted to try on during the VIP appointment which included a glass of prosecco. Elena was very down to earth, did not rush me at all and offered very helpful suggestions and honest opinions. I had an appointment with Rim, and the store had a beautiful selection of dresses, including the one I had originally wanted. However, I chose a different one in the end. Rim was extremely helpful and lovely, offering excellent customer service and assisting me in finding my dream dress and accessories.
I had a great experience here with Elena - she was very knowledgable, gave really good insights, and made the whole experience very enjoyable for everyone involved! Not to mention the gorgeous range of dresses she has stocked.
Tala Daniel Bridal was the 3rd bridal shop I went to visit and where I finally said yes to the dress! We had a wonderful experience with Elena who was very professional, welcoming and encouraging. I'd recommend!
