Been with these doctors since I moved down here in 1981 and I couldn't complain about them until my son age 10 at the time got meningitis in 2010, so an Australian doctor came out to see him and because he was stiff everywhere and was vomiting she blamed me and said it was my fault for letting him sleep on the sofa even though I had brought him down to keep an eye on him, so I rang at 9.30am and explained he was sick and had headache and aches and pains and purple spots, she didn't get there till 1.30pm and asked him to shak... read more
All staff, have always been pleasant & helpful. Drs have been very good, & the nurse was lovely when I had a blood test. It is a busy practice, & phone lines do get busy. All the appointments had been taken once when I called, but If it had been urgent I would have been able to call in the afternoon & be allocated an emergency appointment; so this was no bother to me. Every other time I have been able to get a same day appointment, with no problem. Diolch Tal Y Bont. You’re alll doing a fantastic job, through the pandemic.
