I recently purchased a fully remodeled townhouse from TAL realty and had a great experience. The renovation was well done and the home looks great. Adam and his team are amazing! I highly recommend them, my mom got herself into a not so good situation with her home in New Mexico, I live in Minnesota and would not have been able to help her out without the help of Adam and also Stetson Homes. Even though I have never met them in person I feel like I’ve known them forever. They were able to do what I couldn’t and also explained everything to me in a way that I could understand.

I recently closed on a home where this agent represented the sellers, and my experience was very disappointing. The washer and dryer were clearly included in our signed purchase contract, but the sellers removed them after the walk through and closing.
