사장님 보셔야할것 같아서 적습니다. 마감시간 12시인것 보고 10시쯤에 갔습니다. 들어가자마자 "저희가 오늘 일찍 닫을거라서요"가 첫 인사였습니다. "오늘 메뉴가 안되는게 많아요" 가 두번째 말씀이셨고, "주방이 지금 거의 마감해서요, 알고 계시라고..."가 세번째 말씀이셨습니다. 괜찮습니다 빨리 주문할께요 하고 앉았습니다. 보통 클로징 2시간 전이면 가뜩이나 없던 손님에 반가워서 앉히려고 했윽것 같은데 사장님은 아니시구나 했어요. 메뉴 보여주시는데 2가지 메뉴가 안된대요. 나머지 중에 골랐는데 고른것 두개가 안된대요. 왜 말씀 안하셨냐 했더니 말하다보니 놓쳤다고. 두개 메뉴 고른게 먹고싶으면 본인이 추천하나 해도 되겠냐고, 옆집 이태원포차가 그 두몌뉴가 특히 맛있다며 강력 추천한다네요. 자기 아는 오빠가 하는데라면서. 본인도 여기 일핟지 얼마 안되서 다른메뉴 추천하기가 어렵다고 먹어보질 않아서. 그래서 저희 나와서 다른데 갔습니다. 9월 1일 화요일 밤에 일하신 분입니다. 여행 끝나고 돌아왔는데도 기분이 안좋아서요. 사장님 알고 계시... read more
I came to TAL in Manhattan and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful, especially the Korean-inspired interior. We had the pollack roe potato pancake, Eonyang-style bulgogi, clam sujebi, and chestnut makgeolli. Everything tasted so authentic and comforting—it really reminded me of Korea. I’d definitely love to come back again!
