Originally quoted $600 for work on a dinghy but the final bill was $1200. I'm not saying Taku Marine is not capable of doing good work but I would suggest getting a written quote, monitor progress & be notified of any cost increases along the way. I needed the dinghy sooner than what we had originally agreed to but was willing to take it unfinished also. The end product in my case was less than what was agreed to in the original quote & they didn't have time to attach the rub rail along the bottom & couldn't find rubber bump... read more
