Das Highlight unserer Alaska Kreuzfahrt Urlaubes. Flug - 5 Glacier discovery plus Taku Lodge, das waren 3,5 wunderbare Stunden! Trotz Regen war der Flug über die Gletscher einfach unfassbar schön, die tolle Lodge und das Top Lachsessen, der Spaziergang durch den Zauberwald einfach unbeschreiblich. Der Rückflug mit Sonne zeigte nochmals die ganze besondere Natur Alaskas. Jederzeit würden wir das wiederholen und absolut empfehlen, es ist jeden Dollar wert. Absolutely amazing, once in a lifetime experience. You go on a 10-passenger single engine DHC-3 Otter that takes you around to multiple glaciers while listening to an audio guide that tells you information about the landscape and glaciers you are flying by. The flight up is 25 minutes and the plane flies low and close to the glaciers and mountains, giving a great view of the glaciers and natural landscape.
