Our business need an agreement for a business arrangement with were several complications and nuances to the deal. Zach did an awesome job and helping unravel every detail and ensure we had the proper terms in our agreements. I have been so impressed by our attorneys representation of our case. They have given us advice based on law, and given us options to proceed in several different ways. Even tho, they are located in Vegas, they also represent clients in other states. They researched the law in our state extensively .
