Great customer service from the manager, she was very helpful and friendly on Friday afternoon and helped me find the perfect outfit. Will be back for sure
Walked into the store and the manager was on the phone shooting the breeze. As I walked toward her she walked around the store avoiding me, continuing the call and you could tell the conversation was gossiping about her job and she NEVER got off the call the whole time I was there. How do you expect excellent service from your staff when you exhibit none yourself. The other assistant was with another customer and when she finished she came over and gave me lovely service.
