My ankle has had continual swelling for about a year from a prior injury. I went to Michelle for a lymphatic massage one time. I kept reading about this massage and was skeptical. Michelle was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. The massage itself is very light handed, and is not the same as a regular massage. Whatever Michelle did worked! Amazing. I have not had swelling in my ankle since then, and it has been many months. I would highly recommend Michelle.
I’ve gone to Michelle for 2 lymphatic massages so far, and I will absolutely be returning. Her hands are magic, and I can truthfully say that after the many massages I’ve received in my life, I’ve never been as relaxed as I am after a massage from Michelle. Cannot recommend taking care of your lymph flow by booking with her enough! (She also sets an incredible mood and atmosphere, and is incredibly kind to boot!) So grateful to have found Michelle at Taking Cara Women!!

I received a massage from Rachael and I'm certain I will never recieve a massage from anyone else again. Her attention to detail in regards to treating the body is second to none. Her firm techniques and direct questions always result in a personalized experience. Without a doubt, a 90 minute session from Rachael gives me the recharge in life that I need.
Days after receiving my massage at this office, I could still feel the positive affects. Leanna was very intuitive and did a great job with pressure regulation. I will definitely be back in the future!
