Edit: They tell you to come 20 mins early just so that you can wait an hour and still not be seen.
Made an appointment with my pcp for pain management as I was told to avoid nsaids (developed an intolerance) and Tylenol is not always effective for the issues that I had. Front desk was unwilling to help and proceeded to ignore my calls and blame me for missing my appointment despite the fact I had let them know I have been checking my phone every 3-5 minutes for the supposed virtual link.
