I tried to make an appointment with this clinic. The first two times I called they said they haven't gotten my referral but my doctor confirmed the referral had been sent. I spoke to them again but they still couldn't find it. Then on the fourth attempt with them they found it in the "first" system so they had my referral the whole time. Dr. Goki and Tula (receptionist) are unbelievably helpful and have changed my life. Psychiatry clinics always take time, but these guys genuinely care. Hopefully they’re taking people when you apply. 10/10.
Great service starting with the admin ladies who were friendly and well informed. They got back to me within a couple of days and we were able to make an initial appointment within the fortnight. My psychologist provided such amazing support all the way through. I feel so much better and more in control of my life. I highly recommend this service and I'm so appreciative. Thanks Takes Care!
The team at Takes Care Specialist Centre are fantastic! The administration staff were helpful, informative and accomodating when I had to reschedule an appointment. The Specialist that I saw within the centre was professional, kind and provided me with the information I needed at the end of the appointment. The beautiful centre doggy also helped put my nerves at ease with lots of attention before I went into my appointment. Would absolutely recommend to others.
I was referred to 'Takes Care' (not) in early/mid July. In addition to the GP referral, I called and was told that there was a 4 month wait, but books were open, and I would hear from them within the week. Fast forward to the end of July when I again followed up because I had heard nothing from them and this time I also re-emailed the referral. Again, nothing.
