I have been going to takeover for about a year and a half now, and I have nothing negative to say about them! I have gone to other sport program gyms, and I have had the most progress at takeover! Additionally, all the coaches are amazing! They always have answers to my questions about my lift and running form, but also about the recruiting process and so much more!
Takeover Sports is the best. I’ve been going for just over a year and I have seen significant improvement. The staff is great, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.
Takeover Sports is excellent. We have 3 boys who play all different levels of football, from middle school through college. We have definetly seen improvement in all of our boys. My Son in college said he was prepared, and did well in all of his testing in football camp, thanks to Ryan and his methodology. The equipment Takeover has is second to none. I have nothing but great things to say about Takeover Sports.
Takeover Sports Performance and Fitness has a middle school program that is incredible! The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about developing a young athlete’s skills and confidence. The training is challenging yet fun, and the growth I’ve seen in my son has been amazing. Highly recommend for any young athlete looking to level up!
