Great Brazilian jiu-jitsu programs for kids and adults.
From out of town, popped in for a class. Great gym, great group of people, very helpful and patient, great coach.
Was in town for work and was able to catch a NoGi class at Takeover. Outstanding culture and environment to go along with excellent training. Thank you Coach Jose and Takeover crew.
