The two times I went and someone actually wanted to cut my hair the work was EXCELLENT but the customer service is only reserved for certain people I guess. If they don't know you then you'll be lucky to get a greeting and I could not even make an appointment after I was ignored for thirty minutes. I'm an older dude so that vibe ain't for me because they really only cater to hood niggas but the work is top notch.
