Absolute worst experience I have ever had with the food industry. I ordered food from a restaurant for my fiancée and myself at 1:04 PM on a Friday. The order confirmation that I promptly received told me that my food would be delivered at around 2:10 PM. At 2:18 PM, when my food had not arrived yet, I called this joke of a business to ask what the status of my order was.
