Great personality and bed side manners
My 1st and only visit to see Dr. Takei was good. Dr. Takei took his time with me and answered all my questions. Dr. Takei wanted a MRI of my rt shoulder. So I ask the Dr if he could do the referral for the MRI to be done at Arcadia Radiology. The next day the Methodist Hospital radiology called me to set an appt and I told them I was supposed to have it done at Arcadia Radiology. I called the dr's office and the front-end staff is a total joke. Because of the of them I will not be going back.
Excellent Dr, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had a knee replacement 3 years ago, my husband had a shoulder surgery 4 years ago and we have never had any pain again!!! He’s worth the wait, he’s a dedicated and well knowledgeable doctor.
Dr Takei is rude and unprofessional. I am supposed to have a procedure done tomorrow that I’ve had scheduled for 2 weeks, but has now been canceled because the doctor didn’t send over the correct paperwork needed, I called and asked if they could please fax the info over but never did so here I am in pain, can’t walk and I don’t know what to do next . Unbelievable! Horrible doctor and service
I made an appointment to see Dr. Takei specifically and the receptionist took all my information down and set an appointment for 2 and a half weeks later. The day before i call to confirm my appointment and was told that i did not have one. The receptionist told me that i have an appointment for a different Dr. that i have never heard of and can not see Dr. Takei for another couple of weeks. Did not see the Dr. so i can not rate the care, But the receptionist can not do her job correctly.
