They deserve no stars they blew all the leaves to my property in which I had just cleaned and when I yelled not to do that they just laughed

Wow what a very unfriendly woman in accounts payable. I had talked asking about any open invoices but got really rude snarky conversations and it turns out I did call the wrong company. But what she could have done is first ask what property I was calling for and then we could have figured thit outat way but instead we just went on this long roller coaster of her with an attitude.
