I went to this nail salon today, and received HORRIBLE service. Nail extensions were crooked, and when I told her, she said it was fine when it clearly wasn’t. My cuticles were burning and bleeding from aggressive drilling and filing. The owner wasn’t able to do the designs I showed, which wasn’t a problem until I told her I wanted gel-X nails which she mocked my words to her co-worker. Worst place, zero customer service. They call me to come, when I got there, the lady said oh we don’t have time. Wasted my hour:(
Extremely unprofessional and rude. I booked my appointment 2 days in advance to be very safe. On the day of appointment I went there and saw it’s locked waited there for 15 minutes , nobody showed up. Gave her a call she didn’t answer. Gave another try to call, she finally decided to pick up and replied your appointment is canceled. I understand things do happen but it wasn’t acceptable.
