My first time at Take 5. Deonte is a star. Kindness, communicative, and 5-star service. His whole team: Isaiah, Tyler, and Aiden—masterful technicians. D explained how service works and left me confident to return. This is the first place that said if my oil goes low, they fill it up to two quarts. Plus, they offered water while I waited in my car. Exceptional!
I went to this location for an oil change and was charged extra fees that were not clearly explained to me beforehand. The price I was expecting was different from the final amount I was charged. I asked about the additional charges, but I did not receive a clear explanation of why they were added. I believe customers should be told about all fees and the total price before the service is performed.
