The technicians were very kind and helpful.
I went in to get my oil changed and once I got home I found that my skid plate was loose. I was missing 6 (about half) of my skid plate retainers along with one of my bolts that hold it in place. Not only did I have to pay for the oil change I had to pay for what they forgot to place back on my car. I saw the mecanic grab more bolts and I asked if everything was okay but clearly they did not do their job. This mistake not only puts my life at risk but also other drives who are on the road with me.
