Didn’t get the guy’s name but pretty sure his name starts with a J. Super rude, threw the cone to the side, attitude when coming up to the car was not friendly whatsoever. Walked away and had the girl he was working with do the rest. Pulled in and told the girl worker I no longer wanted an oil change there. Left without an oil change. The girl was apologetic. Second time I’ve seen him there, the first time I went he also not friendly. Do not recommend this location.
Steve was a great help! We found mice in the engine and he cleaned it out and did a great job helping us get a safe oil change!
