I am a current customer of Take Two Video and I can say I have never seen anything even remotely close to what this woman is speaking of. This is absurd. The man who owns this store is very well respected in the community and treats every customer with the utmost respect. Take Two is very fair in all of their transactions whether it be trade or sale.
