John was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get exactly the mattress we wanted, even though the one we came in to buy was actually more expensive! He patiently waited while we hopped back and forth between our two top choices like 10 different times. We were very satisfied with our shopping experience! His prices are the same as the online prices, even sale ones. We tried Winksbed, Leesa, Helix, and Kingsdown.
