TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT STAY HERE We checked into this hotel under my brother’s name 4 days ago, and I was helping him and his girlfriend bring their luggage to the room. Right from the beginning, the experience was disappointing. There was no concierge service or staff available to help with the luggage, so we had to manage everything ourselves. The hotel is under renovation. The hotel and our room were very clean. The room furnishings showed a bit of wear but not much. It is about 25-min walk to the downtown area with many restaurants and shops, including a Shop Rite market. The nearest public transit stop is a 12-min walk and from this stop you can take a bus over to the Port Authority in NYC for about $9 roundtrip. Enterprise and Avis are about a 12-min walk.
