We were recommended via word of mouth hearing about great pricing and customer service. I had conversed with Amy via email after an online form submission. My interaction via email was very poor. Bad communication… Once I finally received the quote it was WAY overpriced compared to other quotes we received for quarts. A big let down as we had high expectations from word of mouth.
