Take Heart is an amazing, restorative place for anyone looking to heal from trauma and learn how manage life's ups and downs. Their sessions are full of insight, compassion, and healing. My life has been majorly impacted by Meagan, the horses, and the other counselors on the ranch. You don't have to love horses to receive something from the sessions, but if you do love animals then it's simply bonus. I knew I'd been led to the right place for me when during my first session a cat fell asleep on my lap. Highly recommended.

Megan is amazing! We sought her out for our daughter, but she helped our whole family. She counseled my husband and I on our marriage, our parenting, and our work life. She's incredibly wise and relatable. SHE GETS IT! She is genuine and understands issues people actually have to go through. She's been a blessing, that's for sure!
