Very very terrible service drivers go through lights that has their phones on with one hand driving they don't care about the patients and wheelchairs in the back of the van and the quality of the driving always coming late and showing up times for arrival and pick up very very terrible dispatch very nasty sometimes

A driver from this horrible company hit my car with his door. When stepping out of my car to check the worker with a nasty attitude looked at me and stated “how do you know I hit your car”. He then began to curse at me while my mother was in the car. He then proceeded to get fully into the van and leave before calling his dispatcher or the police. Thankfully I got the license plate and the name of this company before he drove away. I will be making a police report and making a complaint to the district. I’m truly disgusted w... read more

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Deeply Disappointed After Years of Trust I’m giving Take Good Care Transportation one star only because, in the past, their wheelchair transportation service has been reliable. Unfortunately, my recent experience was completely unacceptable and has left me extremely disappointed. My elderly mother had a surgery scheduled in NYC and required gurney/stretcher transport, which the doctor arranged in advance. Today, 11-27-2024 was my first time using this company as a wheel chair client. Roy, who arranged my trip was on point and the drivers who took me to & from my appointment were professional and very careful with me. I'm impressed. Thanks fellas!!!!!
