I am currently a rehab nursing facility resident therefore I have no choice what unit is sent to us but when I'm out there where I get to call Take Good Care Transportation myself it is ONLY UNIT 250 that I'm calling.. All I need is kind treatment with an understanding of patient needs. 10 stars to unit 250 🌟

Trying to remove 5 star rating to unit 210 due to complete disrespect not because of Luis but because of James. His job is not patient priority. Need to better on his mood and how he expresses himself to others

10 Stars for Unit 250, no one beats their courteous treatment to date. Supersedes any other rating I ever added. Super happy. No attitudes nor complaints.

I am so grateful to Take Good Care EMT team #210. James is incredibly compassionate about his patients being transported. Is not the first time but this time I was injured. I was being transported in a Stretcher with a fractured arm on a sling and he made it possible with his partner to make the transfers from bed to Stretcher then to another Stretcher at the appointment site and with the same transfers back at pick up time to my location so smoothly with no impact nor pain to my arm. Excellent professional service. He tied me well to the ambulette. No movement during the entire drive. Flawless transfer in and out of ambulette.. Unit 65, driver Ravi, 5 stars for Ravi and his service.

Ambulette Driver #230 March 17th from St Barnabas Dental 2101 Quarry Road to GCCC approximately 5:10pm. Excellent service and care. This is my second time with his class service. As well as GCCC escort Elizabeth a total sweetheart and much attention to being careful.

Take Good Care Transportation ambulette #210. Excellent team. James was extremely caring and careful that on a rainy morning like today I was completely protected with a plastic so I wouldn't get wet and sick as I entered and exited the ambulette on my round trip. Very kind constantly asking me if I was ok. I felt completely protected and cared for. 5 Stars.

Very very terrible service drivers go through lights that has their phones on with one hand driving they don't care about the patients and wheelchairs in the back of the van and the quality of the driving always coming late and showing up times for arrival and pick up very very terrible dispatch very nasty sometimes

A driver from this horrible company hit my car with his door. When stepping out of my car to check the worker with a nasty attitude looked at me and stated “how do you know I hit your car”. He then began to curse at me while my mother was in the car. He then proceeded to get fully into the van and leave before calling his dispatcher or the police. Thankfully I got the license plate and the name of this company before he drove away. I will be making a police report and making a complaint to the district. I’m truly disgusted w... read more
