What's foul is NOT that this business magically has two glowing 5 star reviews after I gave them one star, no. It's that they never responded to my email sharing how awful my interaction with her was. But I think what's worse is that they are responding to those 5 star reviews and still are neglecting how dismissive they were of someone in need. I'm sure they would respond if they knew I had a social media presence to ensure nobody in my orbit would go near them for their lack of care and compassion to those who reach out.
Very personal and relaxed setting. I felt that I was able to speak and be heard. Also our sessions have helped me navigate some strong memories and emotions.
