The person attending phone calls need to wait until we are done talking. They can't hung up every time we say something. Massage was 2/10. My appointment was for 12 pm. Masseur came in after 5 minutes and was simply rubbing oil on back and legs. I opted for a whole body massage not for just back and legs. At 12 45 he said 3 more minutes.
