Our school purchased a swing set up from Take A Swing a few years ago. Earlier this year, we contacted Tom for a replacement ring (worn from students swinging so vigorously). Tom quickly sent a replacement free of charge. More recently, I reached out to Tom for a quote for rope hangers, and again he sent the requested items free of charge. Our students are so thankful for his generosity and quick responses! Highly recommend this company!
Tom the owner of take a swing is very professional and accommodating. I have purchased two swings from take a swing and each time I have had great experiences. His customer service is top notch and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. His product is built to last.
