Nothing can ruin your vacation like having a disabled RV and no tow vehicle. We are from Maryland, camping in Kentucky at a campground and hydraulic leveling system decided to blown shaft seal..... still upsetting for me as I write this. Called 3 different mobile RV Co. only 1 answered and that was Lance Franklin, "RV INSPECTOR/ TECHNICIAN " He informed me that he had 2 service calls and would be over. Lance Franklin was prompt, kind, professional and an answer to prayers as I passed through Georgetown KY. I had experienced ten days of traveling with generator problems in my Thor Four Winds RV. He appeared immediately after I called (what a God-send, merely across the street from where I pulled in to town) and had the knowledge to take care of the problem quickly! Don’t hesitate to call him if you need any kind of RV assistance.

I would highly recommend Lance Franklin at Journey RV Inspection & Services Lance was great to work with he understood our frustration and went beyond to find the AC problem in our Airstream. We are traveling and stayed at the KY Horse Park while visiting family. It was a crazy day, culminating in a fierce but somewhat short lived storm in late afternoon. I thought I brought the awning in, but I noticed it was still out. So I tried again, called my husband, it’s not retracting, try again…. I put it out, not in and a gust whipped it and broke one side of the awning…. I called and spoke to Lance’s wife and a bit later, Lance called and said he’d be out before long.
