Unfortunately, this place is not open to the General public. In February 2025, Following my GPS directions. This led us to a dead stop at the Military arm guards checkpoint. That's when they stopped us with a firm rejection of entry. When I explained that I had called in advance to check if they were open to the public, the employee at the Restaurant said no, we didn't need any special membership or permissions to eat there.
