Firstly, the staff was friendly and explained everything as it was my first time there! My next oil change seemed to need to be done about 2K earlier than usual. Had my oil checked to confirm by my boyfriend & it was 0% oil life. They said they used the correct oil (?) Not only that, they somehow ripped the cable pins out from the hood latch cable.
