Quicken Lube Keswick is honestly the best. This was my second time going, and even though I don’t live in Keswick, I’m more than happy to make the drive from Richmond Hill because it’s always quick, easy, and the staff are great. Mark helped me today and was super helpful. He checked my cabin filter (which I had no idea existed—it was filthy), topped up my washer fluid, looked into the warning lights on my dash, and got the oil change done in under 10 minutes. Great group of guys— the owner is genuinely a fantastic gentleman, and all of the fellas who work here are the best. I always end up having a great chat with whoever is working and they’ve always done a great job. Locally owned and run supporting people locally as well who are working here. These guys are super fast and efficient and great at what they do and the price is fantastic. Every time I go in, we have some laughs and I always leave in a great mood. Thanks guys.
Experienced a small problem with my car while getting my oil changed. Staff explained what happened and offered to pay for me to get home while my car was being fixed. Owner immediately rectified the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Extremely impressed with the service and level of concern for myself and my vehicle. Definitely recommend.
