I went for an oil change about a wk ago. Yesterday my grandson kicked a ball under my truck, so I went to fetch it and looking under my truck i noticed my splash guard was just hanging there: so I went back to Take 5 oil change on E. Emory Rd in Powell, TN. Talked to Kenzieand the manager. They hooked me up and tightened the bolts that came loose.
This was at the location on Emory road. Awful. Completely Awful. There was 2 cars in front of me and it took 2 hours just for them to get to my car. For a place that claims 10 minute oil changes that is ridiculous. I made it extremely clear that I just wanted the most basic oil. Nothing extra and nothing special. They then proceeded to tell me that I would be getting this free bottle fuel system cleaner. I said okay great. Then when I go to look at my receipt they charged me 17 dollars for it. There are too many choices to even bother going here. Oil change took an hour. Nothing is communicated until they're already working on the car. Price is ridiculous. Just go to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube
They took very good care of me and my vehicle I was headed out to Myrtle Beach and needed things done quickly
