I experienced wonderful service yesterday morning at this Take 5 location. Bobby and Dylan were super helpful and easy to talk to. They made sure I felt like a valued customer, and seemed happy to be doing the important service they provide. You could tell the team was well organized and worked very well together. And my car is running great! Thank you so much!
I went to take 5 because I always go to take 5. I always take my own oil and filter. I pull in and the lady that seemed like the manager says my truck takes 15 qts. I brought 18 QTs so I should have had some left over. As I’m leaving I ask what happened to my extra oil and they tell me they put all 18 QTs in my truck!!! So when I go to the quick lane (dealer) the next day because they don’t do fuel filters they tell me that my truck is overfilled by 2-3 QTs.
