First oil change by myself (I’m a new driver), the staff was so so nice. Talked and laughed the whole time and Jordan I think is his name, was such a cutie and great smile! Fantastic employees! Told me everything and explained because I was a little confused at some points!!
They were busy and I did have to wait but it was well worth it! I don't remember the manager's name but he was just awesome I end up having a couple extra services done besides my oil change that needed to be done! I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything. I will be back to this particular location have been at the ones in Ocala but do not compare to this one in belleview Florida!
Jordan and Zach the locations manager provided excellent customer service and they also provided a military discount. I am always treated respectfully and the service is professional as well as fast. The location is well maintained and fully stocked. I highly recommended this location to anyone in within the Belleview area.
We had gotten our oil change at home (Lexington, SC) three days prior and headed to Florida for vacation. Our low oil light came on and we quickly pulled over and checked the levels and we had NO oil. We drove to this Take 5 and I cannot express the care that Zack had for us! He was amazing! You have a fantastic employee here! Thank you Zack for taking such great care of us! ❤️
