I took my car into Take 5 on December 5th, 2025. During a routine oil change my drain plug was stripped and the oil plan was broke. They had my car towed to a Nissan dealership on a flatbed truck. Despite an email from them dated December 14th, 2025, where they accepted liability for the damage to my car they still have not paid for the repairs of my car.
