First time customer. Both of the younger guys working was very nice and professional, however, the service wasn't the best. After I let them know about what oil I wanted, they proceeded with the oil change. And.....that is all they did. No air pressure check in the tires, no fluids check, and no air filter check. I chose the 100.99 full synthetic oil, had a 7 coupon and still paid $133. Again, very nice young men, but won't be back to this company in the future.
Parts taken off my car and not put back on . Was Threatened with police being called for asking for my brush guard back . I filmed every bit of the interaction . Will be sealing legal advice on Monday . Very unprofessional stripped bolts lost bolts .
