Brought car in for oil change. Manager informed person in pit that with these cars, the skid plate needs to be removed to access drain plug. Immediately drove car home. Following day, and the next time I drove car, the skid plate came loose on I90. I immediately called shop manager and sent pictures. Manager spoke with owner (Jeff) and they refused any accountability. It was my first time at Take 5, and it was really nice to be able to see everything happening right on front of you..verses waiting in a waiting room. I asked questions, and they had the answers. I learned a few things as well. I'm totally coming back to Take 5!!!
Fast friendly service and combined with the other services provided, windshield wiper replacements, fuel additive, fuel and oil filter replacements they help me eliminate a few stops off my list for the day.
