I was second in line to wait 45 minutes to get in the bay to be told that they could not service my vehicle. After the manager said they were taking too long and it was messing up their metrics. My receipt said I declined the services when they declined to do the service. I do not appreciate words being put in my mouth and being written on a receipt that are not factual.
RUN! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! I took my 2023 Nissan Rouge to get serviced 11/7 at about 6:30 after sitting for about 20 minutes one of the gentlemen( him and the 2 other gentlemen were very nice) came to me telling me we have a problem. The problem was that when he went to pull the plug to drain my oil the threading from the plug came out and that he’s never seen this happened before. He was very apologetic.
