I don’t mind paying extra for the 10-minute service you advertise, but I do expect the service to be reasonably efficient. I waited about 30 minutes inside the bay, not to mention another 30 minutes just waiting to get in because only one vehicle was being worked on at a time. Having multiple technicians working on one vehicle while others wait doesn’t seem like an efficient use of time. I was disappointed with the overall experience and the amount of time spent waiting.

I forgot to leave this review after my visit last week, but I definitely wanted to give Arnold some recognition. He really knows what he’s doing and you can tell he’s confident in his work. He was fast and got everything done without wasting any time. I appreciated how smoothly he handled everything and how professional he was throughout the whole service. Arnold definitely stands out and made my visit a great experience. He deserves the 5 stars!
