I took my daughter’s car in for an oil change. The over tightened the oil filter housing and two different places could not remove it. I bought it back to them to fix it. The in store manager said it wasn’t his problem and I would have to take it to the dealership. I call the 800 number and they gave me a case number and said the general manager would call me in two business days. That never happened.
