I brought in my car for an oil change and the tech changed my oil drain plug and put in the wrong size. I guess it was tightened too much and it cracked my oil pan. After reaching out and trying to see what they could do, they said I didn’t bring it to that one because it wasn’t in the system. This was my first visit and the staff was amazing! They were all so helpful, fast, friendly and efficient! I was in and out and continued my journey across the state. I really can’t say enough about how great the staff was!
I wasn't happy about my first time experience staff didn't seem to have enough knowledge explaining about pricing and very Pricey even with $20 off coupon I won't be returning
The guys who helped me out were awesome did a great job and was in and out quickly.
