Both of the customer service reps mechanics whatever you want to call them we're wonderful polite helpful and knowledgeable I highly suggest this place they don't oversell outstanding visit
So back in March I decided i needed an oil change and went to this shop. I have been doing my own on my Tacoma for the last 2 years. This time i did not have a place in the winter to do one. Long story short they broke my air filter housing. It took me 3 weeks to get them to replace it (many arguments).... Then fast forward to now and I try to do the oil change and the oil filter is wrenched on so hard that i cant get it off. So i wasted five quarts of oil and now they are saying they are not going to reimburse my oil for me... read more
