Went in for a oil change on my f150 had some issues with the housing being stripped from the past. Luckily I had a technician named Alex who totally took care of me it. He explained everything as it was happening. He was very understanding and really showed customer compassion and great ingenuity in resolving the situation. It's great seeing younger people that still care about thier job and the face they provide for the business. Thanks Take 5 for having Alex there for me.
Don’t hesitate to take your car in.. just go!. Fair pricing and you stay in the comfort of your car! Everyone there was amazing! The teamwork is phenomenal! I love that they have a female manager in training!. I will always take my vehicles here for maintenance! They couldn’t check my trans fluid because of the type of transmission I have but Luke talked with me about where to go since he couldn’t help (not his fault at all) great place to go!
Super thorough and very quick. Also, offered juice and snacks for my kids!
