This is the email I tried emailing Take 5 about my experience and it didn’t go through so I am posting here and on Facebook groups to let the public know about this location… I am writing today to let you know about my experience at your location in Shreveport, Louisiana, 9525 Mansfield Road. I went to this location on Saturday July 12,2025 to get my oil changed around 4pm and there was only one employee there who informed me that he couldn’t do the oil change because he was waiting on a manager who had left to run an errand... read more
I got in at the last second with only 15 minutes before closing. The two gentlemen were still friendly and helpful as if the shift had just started. They serviced my vehicle swiftly, helped find discounts, and even gave us some cold water while we waited. Excellent service. I wish I knew their names so I could give them proper kudos.
Anthony the manager is awesome He made sure my car was done correctly and it was. Nice guys that work there and their fast but careful. Definitely will be back.
They wanted to be on there phones,it’s vee very hot outside,didn’t offer me no water,didn’t check my tire pressure…..take 5 on Mansfield rd yall suck
