I went there this morning they charge me for a quality oil then they give me the wrong one also they didn’t change my filter even the maintenance light they reset never I pay $120 just to drain the oil filled with new…
I was immediately met by the Manager, Jacob, who introduced himself and got me into the first open bay. The entire team was very friendly and worked hard to get me out of there quickly. My truck is important to me and I was amazed at what they found and corrected as opposed to paying a similar price for just an oil change and “inspection” at the dealer. I was able to not only see what they were doing but make decisions as to what I wanted done. I won’t take it back to the dealer and appreciate a place like “Take 5”. Thank yo... read more
I've gone to many different oil changing places and this is by far my best experience. Everyone there was so nice and very informative! I was ina and out in 7 minutes. No other customers were there but still. They even took the time to show me my dip stick , to show I was full and with fresh oil. They took numerous safety measures for the mechanic and just over all 12 outta 10! I will be back thank you !
