The young man that checked me in was polite, professional, and he knew what services to recommend. I had a coupon for a premium oil change (I needed synthetic) and he offered to see if he could honor it, but I didn’t want to put him in difficult situation. A policy is a policy and I respect that. I am a Director of HR for a local company and I was impressed by him and the rest of the staff was very cordial too. It is challenging to find good employees right now. I will be back.

The young men that were on duty, while they were chatting among themselves were very respectful when conversing with us. Offering us different options with the oil change and showing us our air filter and letting us know it was still good so we didn't need one right now. For me this has been the 3rd different location I have been to and I must say all have been good but that by far this has been the friendliest. Keep up the good work.
